DreamHost has been suffering down time for a few days. We have opened a support ticket with them but are otherwise unable to do anything about it. Apologies if this causes you any inconvenience. We'll be looking at alternative hosting options if it becomes necessary.
Also because of some spam on the forum recently (never had any in the past), we will now require an admin to approve any forum application. Suffice it to say if your account doesn't look like a user name a real human would pick (like '23234jdiwje0dj'), we'll deny the application, and all first posts will now be watched as if we were some sort of large bird of prey.
Perhaps a hawk.
A better solution would be to of course tie forum accounts to paying customers, but we want anyone to sign up for a forum account to ask questions before buying StoneNotes or any of our other products (in the future), so that isn't something I want to do right away. At some point purchasing a product will however give you an immediate forum account.
All pending applications have been approved. A few responded with undeliverable mail - please include a valid email address in your application or we cannot approve it!

After running into a reCAPTCHA form again, I decided to look for a Vanilla plugin and what do you know, there is one. So, applications are now auto approved but require reCAPTCHA to be passed, which is supposed to be pretty hard. Anyway. Back to coding...
